Amazing Acoustic Jams

No jams are scheduled for this fall.

On the first Wednesday of just about every month though, between 7and 9 pm, we host an open acoustic Jam at Amazing Coffee in Madoc. The jams focus largely on folk, blues and country swing. Any area musician, of any age and ability level – from beginner to pro - is welcome to unplug and join in. And, of course, we get the occasional out-of-town visitor too. Our youngest jammer was 13 and our oldest was 83!

Jam nights are lots of fun for the jamming musicians as well as the music-lovers who come to hear the music and enjoy the Amazing coffees.

On warm summer nights, the jam moves outside.
Ken Grant of Big Wood is the only one allowed to plug in. Probably that’s because he’s the Amazing base god! Ken keeps Rick Bauer steady as he plays and sings a very zippy tune.
